Day 1: Arrival in London, England
We will pick you up at the airport in London. On your first day we will meet at the hotel lobby to discuss our plans for you London vacation. While in London you will have free entry to site as Westminster Abbey, Tower of London, Windsor Castle, Kensington Palace, Wembley Stadium, Wimbledon Stadium, The Queen's Gallery, London Zoo and much more! You will also receive a free pass for unlimited access within central London to the world famous Underground network as well as bus services, trams, trains and the DLR. You will enjoy "skip the line" privileges at certain attractions and special offers for restaurants, shops and much more. Depending upon your flight arrival, this day will be allotted free time for you to relax after your flight with dinner in the evening at the hotel restaurant.
Trivia: The Big Ben Tower is officially known as the Elizabeth Tower. Nicknamed for the Great Bell on the clock at the north end of Westminster Palace.
The day will start with breakfast at the hotel in London. Your city tour will be a 3 hour walking tour of the city with an experienced guide. Your tour will show you Buckingham Palace, Westminster Abbey, Big Ben, Trafalgar Square, The House of Parliaments, Churchill’s War Cabinet Bunker, 10 Downing St. and much more. Next, you will tour one of London’s royal residences, the Kensington Palace. The palace has been a home to the royal family since 1605. It is now the official London residence of the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge, Prince Harry, the Duke and Duchess of Gloucester, the Duke and Duchess of Kent, and Prince and Princess Michael of Kent. As one of London’s most admired palaces, you will walk through acres of beautiful gardens and the Kensington Orangery. Later, you will enjoy a dinner at a local British Pub. If you want to relax after a hard day London sightseeing, you will have a free movie theatre pass to the Curzon Soho (one of the most exclusive London movie theatres), the Curzon Mayfair (voted one of London’s best cinemas) or the Curzon Chelsea (showing the best in art house and foreign films).
Trivia: Diana, Princess of Wales lived in Apartment 8 at Kensington Palace from the time of her wedding to Prince Charles on 29 July 1981 until her death on 31 August 1997.
After breakfast you will enjoy a 3 hour Thames River cruise. This cruise will offer 4 locations to hop on and off at Westminster Abbey, Tower Bridge, London Eye and Greenwich. You will cruisealongside some of the oldest and most impressive buildings in London. Take your camera along for some great photos from the river! Next you will tour the Tower of London, also known as Her Majesty's Royal Palace and Fortress. The Tower is one of the most recognizable structures in London. You will explore the chambers restored to their former glory, once used by past kings and queens of England. Your next tour will be the Tower Bridge which has stood over the River Thames since 1895 and continues to be a working bridge to this day. You will meet in the evening and enjoy a dinner and the rest of the evening will be yours to relax or take in another cinema.
Trivia: The Tower Bridge construction was started in 1887, took 8 years, 5 major contractors, 432 construction workers, containing over 70,000 tons of concrete and over 11,000 tons of steel.

After breakfast you will be given a tour of Westminster Abbey. A significant structure in London and in British history. It contains impressive statues and monuments, complete with paintings, stained glass windows and other religious artifacts. Afterwards you will take a short train ride to the Hampton Court Palace, former home of King Henry VIII. You will be astonished with over 60 acres of beautiful gardens which includes the famous Maze and the Great Vine vineyard, a huge grape vine planted in 1769 with Guinness World Book listing to be the largest in the world. You will take another short train to Windsor Castle, built in the 11th century after the Norman invasion by William the Conqueror.Windsor Castle has been used by succeeding monarchs and is the longest occupied palace in Europe. Windsor Castle grounds cover over 12 acres with beautiful gardens. You will meet in the evening and enjoy a dinner and the rest of the evening will be yours to relax or take in another cinema.
Trivia: Windsor Castle is the favorite weekend home of Queen Elizabeth II with more than 500 people living and working in the castle.
After breakfast you will be taking a 45 minute canal boat tour from Little Venice to Camden Lock. Ride in a canal boat over 100 years old as you listen to live commentary from a guide who will tell you all about the canal's history from 1800 to the present day. Bring your camera to get some really great pictures! From there you will take a train to Wembley Stadium for a tour behind the scenes. You will have access to the exclusive Club Wembley Middle Tier, dressing rooms and Press Conference Room. You will get to experience the tunnel which leads players out to the pitch before a big game and then climbing the 107 steps to the Royal Box where winners collect their trophy! From there you will take a train to the Wimbledon Tennis Club. Your tour will give you V.I.P access to restricted areas where even tournament ticket holders are forbidden to enter! You will tour the ground of the No 1. Court, the Millennium Building, the Press Interview Room and the Wimbledon Lawn Tennis Museum. After the tours you will enjoy a dinner at a British Pub and the rest of the evening will be yours to relax or take in another cinema.
Trivia: Wimbledon began in the year 1877, at the All England Club, in the London suburb of Wimbledon and is the only Grand Slam that is played on grass courts.
After breakfast you enjoy the first part of the day at the London Zoo! Opened to the public in 1847, it houses a collection of over 750 species of animals, with over 15,000 individuals animals, making it the largest collections of animals in the United Kingdom. You will see the Gorilla Kingdom, Penguin Beach, Butterfly Paradise, Into Africa, Rainforest Life and so much more! After the zoo you will have free tickets to tour places as The Queen's Gallery or themuseums of Charles Dickens, Florence Nightingale, Winston Churchill War Rooms, The Guards Museums or ask us for free tickets to other attractions in London. You can have the rest of the day for shopping for a special souvenir for loved ones or that perfect tea pot just for yourself! You will meet later in the day for a wonder farewell dinner at a local British restaurant.
Trivia: Opened in 1827, The London Zoo is one of the oldest zoos in the world and could have been the first time that the word "zoo" was used.
Day 7: Departure from London,England
You will enjoy breakfast at your hotel and then we will be happy to take you to the airport for your departure .
